What you should know about Delta-8 THC.

Delta-8 THC was not a household name a year ago but it's rising in popularity. This unfamiliar cannabinoid raises many questions that need answered.

Delt-8 THC is an up and comer and law enforcement knows very little, if anything, about it. What is it? Is it legal? Does it get you high? There are many questions that need answers. This course covers changes made in the 2018 farm bill that relaxed oversight of hemp production, what forms delta-8 can be found in, the psychoactive effects of delta-8, and the legality of delta-8 when extracted from hemp and cannabis.
